The hotel offers cozy and clean rooms, though they could be a bit bigger. The hot tub outside is a nice touch, and the overall comfort is great. The complimentary breakfast might not be to everyone's taste, but the staff's friendliness and helpfulness make up for it. The location is excellent for enjoying the vibrant Kemptown area and the seafront, but it's a bit of a walk from Brighton Station.
